About the event
Led by Amanda Walley, this all-levels yoga class is designed to gently guide you into a state of relaxation and renewal through mindful movement, breathwork, and deep stillness.
This class is beginner friendly and suitable for practitioners of all levels. We begin with a grounding yoga practice with gentle yoga flows that will help you deeply relax. Next, we transition into sound healing, you’ll be invited to relax and listen to the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes.
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that aids our body in relaxation. It is also thought to help release stored tension and emotions.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a nourishing experience to reconnect with yourself, nature, and the present moment.
